You know I am a beauty fiend and I wanted to share some of my favourite beauty products under €10/£10 that I use all the time. My biggest learning point since introducing a beauty section to the blog is that sometimes the best quality products are not necessarily by premium brands. Yes, we love luxury yet my feedback from followers is that they want a balance of budget in their make up bag. I’m lucky in that a lot of products land on my desk everyday so I get to try things first hand. Some of the products I am talking about today, first came to me in sample form, then I just started buying them all the time. I’m loyal to my products I have to say.

Ok let’s talk budget beauty. Eye palettes command a high price, but there are some great ones from the local chemist, one of which is Sleek iDivine – Ultra Mattes. I discovered this watching a Pixwoos tutorial on You Tube and rushed out to buy it. The colours are deep and well pigmented, and suit more of a night time look. Layering up the colours is a favourite trick of mine to create drama. Sleek also make this palette in shimmer and other colours too. If you prefer something more suitable for day time, the Tanya Burr My Escape Shadow Palette is a good option. There is a lovely combination of natural and brown tones that can be layered up. It’s also great to see a fellow blogger come out with an excellent range that is good value for money.

Staying with eyes, Rimmel have been a long term go-to for brows for me and the Professional Eye Brow Pencil is a great make up bag essential. It also comes with a good brush on the end to prep your brows first.

You might think good haircare is always expensive, but a way to try them out is to buy the travel size. I love the Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment for some TLC on my hair. The whole Aveda hair range is gentle and your hair will love it!

If you’re a fan of lip kits, then fear not, you don’t have to invest in Kylie’s range. Both Topshop and Primark have great alternatives that are so reasonably priced. My new favourite is Primark’s Obsessed lip colour. It’s only four euro and stays on all day!

If you like a little luxury when you are showering, then you have to check out Rituals. They have a lovely (and huge) range of body products but the Full of Karma foaming shower gel is my personal favourite. It’s great that a brand like this can produce such high quality products at an affordable price.

I’ve included links above to the products mentioned! Happy budget beauty hunting!
