Rather than make a reels for #sparklingsundays (I didn’t see the point in reviewing a fizz if it’s not available in Ireland) here are the wines we have been enjoying in the evenings on our balcony (once bedtime has been completed successfully) -

All Spanish and paired perfectly with the @ft_weekend and crisps
