I’ve been doing a little online shopping! And I found some new sites (that everyone else probably knows about it but are new to me!) like She In which is just fantastic and it’s so reasonable. I have a holiday to look forward to in September so I’ve started to compile my summer bits and pieces as part of today’s online shopping haul.
I love maxi skirts and dresses, and Boohoo have a huge range at the moment. I love this floral maxi skirt which was €30 and I plan on styling with a logo tee to make it look more edgy.
The compromise between the dress and skirt right now is to wear a shirt dress as a layer. This glitter star dress from Boohoo has a serious festival vibe, and I am now looking for a black slip to wear underneath. But I think I can wear this over some cropped jeans too (one of my new favourite styling tricks)
The mini skirt is back with a bang too, and the fusion of gingham and embroidery has caught my eye. This She In Mini skirt is being kept for the sunny days with with a plain white t-shirt and sneakers I think I can pull it off. My Gingham love is spreading to tops as well, with a monochrome print top being right up my street. These statement tops with white or light wash denim will update your casual wardrobe.
Hi Lorna,
My first time looking at that website Shein – great stuff. Not sure about sizing – what would you say would be the equivalent of a size 10UK?
Thanks – love your website, Katherine

Hi Katherine! A 10 is a medium as far as I can tell with the pieces so far! I’ve ordered more to get a good view of the size range. It’s always hard with online shops!
I will say that the delivery is quite slow which is my negative about the site!
