A while back I posted some images of Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevigne for Burberry (READ HERE!), and now this very hot combination has teamed up with one of my favourite labels for its Spring Summer lookbook. These have been in my inbox for days and I have been dying to post them, so now that the embargo is lifted, you can get a glimpse of this very sophisticated campaign. As you will see, tailoring is a big focus for 2012. Burberry have used exclusive fabrics developed in London, produced in English mills and hand cut and tailored in Italy, with over 100 tailors involved in the construction of each, (over 40 pressing processes take place with 20 during the construction of the jacket and a further 20 once finished).
For Spring Summer 2012 Burberry offers a modern selection of sartorial tailoring, with a uniquely British attitude. Close fitting silhouettes and fabrics are inspired by the English town and countryside. The current collection is now available at Burberry stores and stockists globally.
