Lipstick is a very personal thing. You might like gloss, or a lipstick or just a bit of lip liner. But ultimately, I think we all have our favourites. I tend to go for neutral shades with lip colour, but recently I did a lip liner tutorial on Beaut.ie and I discovered a lipstick that really does beat them all. Max Factor Lipfinity has been on the market for a very long time, but the newest version of this stalwart product, is the long lasting kind.
So what’s so good about the Max Factor lippie then?
It says it lasts longer and it really does. But that’s not why I like it. It’s incredibly hydrating, easy to apply and the pigment is just fantastic. You might think I’m getting a bit excited, but honestly, it’s one of the best lipsticks I’ve ever tried. The packing is very sleek, and stands out amongst Max Factor’s aesthetic as lean, shiny and expensive to the eye. As far as a more affordable lippie goes, this one needs to be on your list. The bullet itself has a flat top, which makes for easy application but if you are a fan of a lip brush then you can go wild with this one. As a little trick, I like to put some clear gloss onto my lip brush first then blend it straight onto the bullet to give it an extra lacquered effect.
The Max Factor Lipfinity long lasting lipstick is €11.49 and you can get it at Boots.
