get warm or get out

Today’s Baltic weather motivated me to do a post on getting cosy. We can’t do anything about the nose biting wind but we can protect ourselves against the elements by dressing appropriately.

So first up is a Parka. I used not be the biggest fan of the Liam Gallagher look, but having benefited from the practicality of a parka, I’m changed. Plus being a season must have, you can be all trendy too. I’ve picked out this gorgeous khaki green one from Hobbs NW3, which is available Arnotts, Dublin

Moving onto your feets, EMU Australia have come up with a genius idea of making their cosy boots with a water resistant layer to keep you dry as well as warm. I have a pair and I swear by them for comfort and cosiness. EMU Australia boots are available nationwide.

I like to keep my head and hands warm and they are the first to go cold! I love this matching hat and scarf from Heatons!

Or if you just can’t hack the cold, head off to a warmer climate, Penneys have a great range of suitcases!
