Find: Star style @ Awear

Guest post by Linda Gallagher

If you are a regular reader of weekly glossy magazines like U, Look and Grazia, you will undoubtedly be familiar with their many features on star style. But if you’re not particularly au fait with this fashion feature then please let me explain it further. The U team, for example, pick two celebrities who they consider to be the best dressed stars of the last fortnight; they dissect their style and recreate their looks for less. With this concept in mind I have chosen three high profile celebrities, selected three of this seasons key catwalk trends and gone on a virtual shopping expedition around popular high street store Awear.

‘Friends with Benefits’ actress Mila Kunis is currently the face of Christian Dior and not surprisingly the actress is dressing head to toe in the luxury label. Lace is a huge look for summer and Mila looked oh so elegant in a pale pink lace dress at the Dior show during Paris Fashion Week. Awears JASMINE crochet dress in blush tones (€37) is almost identical to her designer version.

Zooey Deschanel rocked the aquatic and ocean colour theme in a sea green dress on the set of her television series ‘New Girl’. Awear have an equally stylish green ruffle front dress in stock for €45.

Coloured skinny jeans are a big fashion story for Spring/Summer 2012 .Author, fashion designer and TV personality Lauren Conrad looked tres chic in a pair of pillar box coloured skinnies and nautical top while out shopping in Hollywood last month. You can copy her look for €38 in Awears ‘Red Devil’ jeans.

Tommy Hilfiger has undoubtedly a definite style. What I like about it, which some may not, is the consistent theme...
