Christmas Gifting at Arnotts

Christmas Gifting at Arnotts

Have you done your Christmas shopping yet? Me neither, I’m a bit behind this year. But fear not, I have some suggestions from Arnotts to give you a helping hand. Department stores are handy aren’t they? Everything under one roof so you really can get a gift for your nearest and dearest with as little stress as possible. Obviously, being a fashion and beauty addict, I’ve selected an edit of gifts for the lady in your life, whether that be your mum, sister, partner or pal! Arnotts have a pretty impeccable accessories hall filled with some of the top brands in the fashion world. The most recent addition is Kate Spade who has gained notoriety for expanding the brand to be more lifestyle oriented. Not only does she make some of the best and quirky bags, the stationery makes for a lovely stocking filler. I love her notebooks, and you can get one with an initial on it which is a cute idea. We love a little personalisation. Not only is there Kate Spade but lot’s of others such as Lulu Guinness, All Saints, Rebecca Minkoff, Vivienne Westwood, Radley, Skagen, Lancaster and Lauren, which currently have up to 30% off selected styles. Who says no to a pre-Christmas bargain?

If the “she” in your life is a beauty addict, then Charlotte Tilbury offers a bespoke make up gift, tailored to the make up preferences of every woman. Now you know from reading my blog how obsessed I am with her, and it’s great to see her eponymous brand expand in Ireland. One gift suggestion is to buy a full make up look from one of the “faces” such as Dolce Vita or The Dreamer; my personal favourites.

On all of my gift guides for 2016 I have been adding in shoes, and the Arnotts Shoe Garden is a little taste of shoe heaven for the connoisseur of footwear. I love Kurt Geiger, and since ankle boots have been a big trend this Winter I am investing in some new ones. Arnotts have up to 50% off boots, party shoes and other footwear in the Shoe Garden, so do not miss it! It’s a great time of the year to invest in footwear as we tend to wear our Winter styles for longer. Ankle boots will take you right through to Spring.

Above I’ve chosen just some of my picks, including the iconic “One in A Million” bag by Lulu Guinness (reduced from €385 to €269.50) as well as some colourful pieces from Kate Spade and those aforementioned Kurt Geiger boots. There are plenty of reductions on right now, so make sure you stop by the Henry Street store.

Happy Shopping!
