Christmas at Dorothy Perkins

I love Christmas clothes. Even planning my outfits for the festive season gets me excited. And the more sparkle the better. It’s time to shine! Literally. I’ve started some research from my favourite high street shops to edit my favourite pieces for party season that will take me to any occasion. So what have I found? Well let’s take a look at Dorothy Perkins.

Items you can mix and match are essential. Try a sequin top with some black cigarette trousers or just skinny jeans for something more casual. I totally fell in love with their polka dot shift dress. It’s a lovely length to just below the knee and with opaque tights and boots, I think it works for drinks at home, or catching up with my girls over a glass of bubbles. For more casual days, I think I’ll add in some sparkle through my accessories, with some bejewelled boots, high shine clutch bags or scarves.

But I think my favourite look has to be the embellished pencil skirt that can be styled with a knit for some contrast. Snuggly and stylish, all in one.

All the above pieces are available from Dorothy Perkins. I always check their website for the full range.

HI fiona! Look at Topshop they have loads of lovely knits right now. I think you should try one that’s a bit longer and comes down over the skirt a little, then wear with ankle boots to add some edge. Black pants, Whistles and Warehouse have the best ones!
